Trinity is host to a weekly yoga class.  The class meets in our refurbished church space, so benefits from a carpeted space and under floor heating!

Time: 6:30pm - 8pm
Day:  Wednesday
Where:  Church
Cost: £4 per session, paid at the start of each month in advance.

You will need suitable clothing and a yoga mat once you're attending regularly for your comfort.  If you wish to attend for the first time, please just bring something comfortable to lay on and to wear.
